We asked Steve for his further thoughts on IT Support for Businesses. We wanted to dig deeper on what do IT Support do, and what do they not do
STEVE: Its mostly on a contract-by-contract basis, so for some customers we don’t provide support for their 3rd party software or applications, for example, but for some customers we do. Those clients who do, use us as a ‘one stop shop’ and we will provide that link into their third-party application provider and manage that relationship, on behalf of the client.
Over and above the general support and services we provide ourselves, we will engage on any issues with a third party. This is a service we can provide in addition to our own IT services
