ARE YOU PAYING FOR MICROSOFT LICENCES NOBODY IS USING?

Most businesses we speak to are overpaying on Microsoft 365 without realising it. Our free Licence Review gives you a straight, honest answer on where the waste is. No jargon, no obligation, just reassurance either way.

REQUEST YOUR REVIEW.

Fill this in and one of our licensing specialists will start your review within two working days.

A QUICK, HONEST LOOK AT YOUR LICENSING.

Tell us a little about your Microsoft 365 setup and one of our licensing specialists will review it and come back to you with a clear, written summary: what you're paying for, what's sitting idle, and where you could realistically cut costs.

1

Tell Us About Your Setup

A couple of details about your business and your Microsoft 365 users. No admin access needed.

2

We Review It

A licensing specialist looks over the details. Not an automated report, an actual person.

3

You Get Findings

A plain-English summary of what you're paying for and where the waste is, within two working days.

4

You Decide

Act on it, ask us to quote, or do nothing at all. No obligation either way.

Request My Review

We'll only ask for basic company and contact details. No admin passwords, ever.

FIVE PLACES LICENCE SPEND QUIETLY LEAKS AWAY.

Licensing waste rarely looks dramatic. It builds up in small amounts across the business until it's a line item worth thousands a year.

1

Spare Seats

Licences bought for growth, or a project that ended, that were never reassigned or cancelled.

2

Leavers Still Licensed

Former employees whose accounts were disabled but whose paid licence was never removed.

3

Dormant Accounts

Users who haven't signed in for months but are still costing you a full seat every one of them.

4

Overlapping Plans

Add-ons bought separately when the features were already included in an existing bundle.

5

Oversized Suites

Staff on premium, full-suite licences who only ever send email and join the odd Teams call.

A Straight Answer

We'll tell you plainly if your licensing already looks lean. The point is accuracy, not a sales pitch.

BECAUSE IT'S HOW GOOD IT RELATIONSHIPS START.

We'd rather show you the value up front than ask you to take our word for it.

No Catch

The review is genuinely free. If there's nothing worth acting on, you've lost nothing but a short form.

Our Cloud Team's Day Job

Right-sizing Microsoft 365 licensing is part of our Microsoft 365 management service, so we already know where businesses typically overspend.

Your Call After That

If the numbers are worth acting on, we'll quote for tidying things up. If not, no pressure either way.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST A REVIEW.

Will this change anything in our Microsoft 365 tenant?

No. This is a manual review, not an automated scan we run ourselves inside your tenant. We work from information you share with us and, where needed, a read-only look supported by your IT contact. Nothing is switched, removed, or reconfigured as part of the review.

Do we need to already be a HOLKER IT client?

No. The free review is open to any UK business, whether or not we currently manage your IT. It's simply a chance for us to show what our Microsoft 365 team would flag.

What information will you ask for?

Company name, number of Microsoft 365 users, and a contact for your IT admin or provider. We do not ask for passwords, and we won't ask you to install anything.

How long does it take to get results?

We aim to come back to you within two working days with a plain-English summary of what we've found and roughly what it could be costing you.

What happens after the review?

You'll get the findings either way. If there's meaningful savings on the table, we'll offer to quote for fixing it as part of our Microsoft 365 or managed IT services. There's no obligation to go ahead.

STOP GUESSING WHAT YOUR MICROSOFT 365 BILL IS PAYING FOR.

Two minutes now could save your business a meaningful amount over the next twelve.
