Is it important to find somebody geographically nearby, or can IT Support be provided remotely?

Steve, our IT Support Operations Manager, was posed one of the questions which is asked over and again by prospective clients.

STEVE: The geographical location is 100% NOT important. We already support clients across the UK, and globally in South Africa, and in America to name a couple.

Increasingly in the modern world, with infrastructure and networks and the way they work now, the locality of your IT provider doesn’t have to be geographically close. Everything fundamentally can be done remotely.

The only exception would be a hardware failure, but luckily hardware has now advanced so much that hardware failures are very few and far between
